A Holistic Food and Financial Empowerment Program
The Afro-Caribbean Food Bank Canada Centre will support the emerging priority of addressing the socio-economic needs of Black communities in Edmonton and surrounding areas through the implementation of “Beyond Food: A Holistic Food and Financial Empowerment Program.” The project responds to the growing need for food security, culturally appropriate supports, and financial literacy among Black and Afro-Caribbean families facing economic hardship and systemic barriers.
